– SELF CLOSING    /    SELF LATCHING 
All our bottom and side hinged intake doors are equipped with hand-operated, silent, self-closing automatic door closers, which feature keyed-alike locks and self-latch.

– STAINLESS STEEL

The doors are Stainless Steel (No. 4 finish) and include a border trim with no exposed welds or solder seams.

– FIRE RATED

This 15″ x 18″ Bottom Hinged Chute Intake Door is UL labeled, fire rated, and meets all the latest national building codes. All our doors are UL Certified. All of our doors are 1.5-hour fire-rated, UL Class B labeled, with a maximum temperature rise of 250°F.

– GAUGE

Our doors are 20 gauge in the front, and heavier duty 18 gauge in the back for strength.

– TRIM your door will come with the “BLANK” trim.

– TIME FRAME  Our orders typically take 1-3 weeks to ship out, and for these specific doors we can often ship out sometimes within 1 or 3 days if you call us to place your orders.  If you order through our online process, your order will ship in the order that it came in.  We can often ship out the same day if you call us early in the day, and no later than 2pm eastern time for same day shipping.  Call us for lead time, and availability.

 

All our doors also comply with building codes, and have NFPA-82 and ASTM standards.

NOTE:  When ordering more than four doors it might require a freight delivery.  We will ship out using the cheapest method, and contact you if there is any changes in delivery methodology.

• Our 15″ x 18″ Bottom Hinged Chute Intake Door can replace many manufacturers including Midland Chutes doors.

• A 30% restocking fee is charged for returns. .

• Take note that doors and parts that are marked with a red *** indicator are not in stock.  You will have to allow up to an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery of products that are not currently in stock.
