Description
Fusible link kit with chain for a linen or garbage chute discharge door. Length of the chain equals 30 inches long, and includes two “S” Hooks and Fusible Link as indicated in photo. The chain allows you to cut it down to any size you like to fit your location.
A fusible link will prevent a fire from going up the chute to the higher floors. Fusible links come with all Hopper and Horizontal style Rolling Discharge Doors.
Our fusible links are designed to melt when the ambient temperature reaches 165 degrees in the case of a fire.
